This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the services and website/contact channels made available by Sanavet. Use of or consultation of these confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this notice.

3. Terms of Use

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services of Sanavet, refraining from using the contact channels to carry out unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith or public order.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The processing of personal data provided by the user when contacting Sanavet is governed by the entity’s Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of any disputes or matters related to the activity or services provided by Sanavet. Both parties submit, for the resolution of disputes, to the courts and tribunals that correspond under consumer law or the owner’s place of residence.
