We work with several veterinary centers and hospitals in the area to cover all the necessary services for your pet. Your pet will never lack the level of medical care they need. When a pet presents a serious condition or requires advanced procedures that cannot be performed on an outpatient basis, we refer them to one of our collaborating clinics or hospitals; I personally handle the coordination of the referral and history so that they have continuous and uninterrupted follow-up.

We also work with veterinary specialists in different areas for a more precise diagnosis or treatment if the case requires it: ophthalmology, nutrition, traumatology, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, acupuncture, holistic and integrative medicine, oncology, cardiology, dermatology, exotic animals, etc.

What happens if my pet needs surgery, an X-ray, or a procedure that cannot be done at home?
I work in direct coordination with leading veterinary clinics and hospitals in the area. When your pet requires advanced procedures (such as surgery, diagnostic imaging, or dental cleaning), I manage the referral and share their clinical history to ensure care is continuous and uncomplicated.
How does the referral work if my pet becomes seriously ill and requires hospitalization?
If your pet presents a serious condition or requires intensive care, I personally handle the coordination of their admission to the appropriate collaborating hospital. I transmit all data and medical reports to the emergency/hospitalization team to ensure coordinated follow-up during their stay.
Do you work with specialist veterinarians if my pet has a very specific problem?
Yes. For complex cases, I collaborate with specialist veterinarians in various areas such as ophthalmology, traumatology, cardiology, oncology, dermatology, rehabilitation, or integrative medicine. In this way, we guarantee a multidisciplinary and precise diagnosis and treatment.
Do I have to explain the entire medical history again when I go to the collaborating center?
No. I personally take care of transferring the complete clinical history, previous tests, and consultation details in advance. The referral center will know exactly what is happening to your pet from the first moment you walk through the door.
What happens with my pet's follow-up once they are discharged from the hospital?
Once the treatment or procedure at the center or by the specialist is finished, I resume medical follow-up directly at your home to perform the necessary dressings, check-ups, or controls without you having to travel again.
